Does Moonvella save or store our payment details? 

All payments are processed via Shop Pay.

Shop Pay is an independent application we use for all credit card payments. This means we will not store any of your personal payment details such as your credit card information.

Shop Pay is separate from Moonvella and offers a quick and easy option for payment. Shop Pay also offers you the option of storing your payment and shipping details for future use, which you don’t have to do if you’d like your payment details not to be recorded.

Do you offer warranty?

We do! Our warranty extends to any manufacturing defects for the period of 12 months from delivery.

Manufacturing defects are those relating to the structure of the product.


Do you refund for change of mind?

Yes!
Upon delivery & assembly of your chosen product you might decide the product just isn’t for you & your home. That’s perfectly okay!
We are happy to disassemble and take back the product at no cost or hassle to you.

What are your accepted payment methods?

We accept payment by credit card & electronic funds transfer.

We have also, due to popular demand, extended this to include Pay on Delivery (POD).

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes!

Upon purchase we will send you an email to confirm your order has been assembled and is ready for pick up.

Please bear in mind our products, once fully assembled, are large in size!

We are happy to send you the final measurements in case you need to make arrangements for a larger, SUV, size car to be used for the pick up.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes! Due to demand we are now delivering nationwide (Canada)!

How does Pay on Delivery (POD) work?

Once you’ve placed an order with us, we will deliver & assemble the final product for you. If you’re happy with the product you can pay via any of the available methods on the day of delivery & assembly.
